A micro for a micro park
There are a great many pocket parks scattered throughout our fair city of Seattle. I submit to you that there is not an odder, nor less used, park than Belvoir Place. This 0.4 acre "park" is a strip of lawn set among a row of some of the priciest houses in Seattle. It doesn't look like a park, isn't listed on printed city maps, and is not delineated with any boundaries indicating where the wealthy folks' lawns end and the park begins. The sign at the park says it is open from 4 AM to 11:30 PM, that it is a "pesticide-free" park and that there is shore access for hand powered boats. A rickety dock set out over some blackish muck completes the scene. This one will require both stealth and nerve but if you've done many of the in city caches you'll find this one quickly. Enjoy your brief stay at Belvoir Place and wave hello to the neighbors.
The three stars for this cache are due to the exposed nature of the location plus those that have not previously seen this kind of cache may have trouble. You are looking for a green bison capsule.
ps - Resist the temptation to dive into one of the backyard pools in the area.
pps - I added the hint and thus lowered the difficulty rating: don't want to scare people off from going after this one
