How Geocaching Works
First of a series of geocaches along the Rubicon Trail. Only way to get here is by foot , ATV, or off road vehicle. The 'parking' is only 20' from the cache.
I wanted to combine two of my favorite hobbies; Geocaching and Four Wheeling. I decided to place one where only few hikers, atvs and off roaders travel. The view is incredible. This lookout is at the top of Cadillac Hill. So named for the old Cadillac found up toward the top of the Hill. All that remains after years of scavenging are the chassis and some drivetrain components. Cadillac is a long tough hill with some sections of loose rock and a few hairpin turns. Most of it is one vehicle wide.
