Cache is located in Palisades Interstate Park along the Long Path. Really nice spot providing some excellent views across the Hudson and perfect for a short break or snack. Trail Map had this unnamed scenic view marked - calling it ThirstyMick's Scenic View.
A loop hike via Shore Trail (white blaze), Huyler’s Landing Trail (red blaze), Long Path (aqua blaze), and Dyckman Hill Trail (yellow blaze) is recommended with the Englewood Picnic Area as a starting location. The cache however can also be accessed via a shorter hike along the Long Path from the Rockefeller Lookout Parking along the Palisades Interstate Parkway.
