Geocache Description:

The Deck of Fate and Fortune Part 2
(Takes and Adders). This is tupperware box containing a few goodies as well as a disposable camera for some photos of the victorious. The final Co-ordinates were an average shot taken to the dense foliage cover. Accuracy will be better in the autumn.

Location

N 51° ABCDE E000° ABCDE
North – Black cards East – Red cards

The Dealer returns with a new twist to his cards of Fate and Fortune to casts his spite against the Geocachers of the world. To which end he has released the Jokers, his guardians, into the pack to cause mayhem…All together now children BOO!! and HISS!!!

The game is simple, place your cards upon the table as described in the First part of this series using the following card sequence: -

7, 2, 9, King, 4, 1, 8, 5, 3, Queen, 10, 6, Jack

SEQUENCE

Hearts
B1, G1, A2, E2, I2, C3, F3, B5, F5, G5, I5, C6, G6
Clubs
E1, H1, D2, A3, D3, E3, G3, B4, C4, F4, E5, E6, H6
Diamonds
D1, F1, I1, C2, G2, B3, H3, A4, D4, G4, I4, A5, D5
Clubs
C1, B2, F2, H2, I3, E4, H4, H5, C5, A6, B6, D6, F6

Tests are as follows:

D5 = Jack of Diamonds, G6 = 6 Hearts, C2 = 10 Diamonds

Follow the instructions found in the first part until the cards have been laid down in the grid

Now the Jokers come into play as follows:-

First they change their positions from I6 to F3 and from A1 to C4, swapping the other cards accordingly.

Then they heavily grease your deck with ACME SLIPPO GREASE… this means that once you land on a card you will slip and slide across the deck. Fortunately each clue will tell you how far you slip and slide. The card you come to rest on will be the card you need.

Finally, and the really nasty part, if you slide across a Joker on your travels, the card you stop on will change its suit colour. For example, if when sliding across the deck you stop on a Red 4 (which would normally indicate an East bearing), because you crossed a joker as you slipped, the card turns and becomes a Black 4, indicating a North bearing.

Fortunately, the Jokers forgot their ACME GRIPPO NON-SLIP SHOES so they are stuck in their positions for the entire cache.

The Cache is in Tupperware box, with a selection of goodies including the obligatory disposable camera for a picture of the victorious.

Here are the clues:-
