the cache is in some kind of touristic area. KIRKCESME - KIRKOLUK (FORTY TAPS) is the name of the area.
There you ll see 40 taps which are listed side by side and which you can drink cold water and wish something to happen. The olders say if you drink some water from all of the taps your wish may come true... When you arrive to the cache area WP-1 you park your car and walk towards to the WP-2. After WP-2 turn left and walk towards the cache. When you reach the coordinates just turn right and look ahead and you you ll see the rock which has the cache under it.
