A small cache along the El Corte de Madera Creek trail in
El
Corte de Madera Creek OSP. As you hike down or up the trail
you will notice many large old trees, this tree appears to be a
large old Tan Oak with 2 trunks forming a V, of course this
makes a perfect place for a decon container, this is also a nice
spot to rest as you make your way down to the Tafoni or
Resolution trails.
The cache is reachable from the trail, you don't even need to
bend over, as usual reception is tough in this area and the best
coords I could get are listed which had a 19' epe., if you get
better ones feel free to post them, please rehide the cache well.
The preserve hours are dawn until one-half hour after sunset,
please respect the posted hours and cache only during these
times.
