My parents came from the U.S. to visit me in Mali. I hid this cache
for my father, JPlus14 to find while he is here.
Turn off the main road going south out of Sikasso at N 10 47.403
W 005 36.642. Follow the dirt road through a small village. After
crossing a bridge, turn left at N 10 45.715 W 005 34.520. Park at N
10 46.661 W 005 34.076.
A trail begins at N 10 46.665 W 005 34.056. The trail is hard to
follow and may require some bushwacking until you reach the main
trail at N 10 46.810 W 005 34.032.
Follow the main trail to the lower waterfalls at N 10 46.966 W
005 33.712. This is a beautiful water falls with a place to swim or
to eat a picnic lunch.
Backtrack a little from the lower falls until you can find a
place to climb up the hill on your left. Follow the ridge line back
to the top of the lower falls. Find a safe place to cross the
stream. During dry season you can step across the stream without
getting wet.
Then follow the dirt trail to the upper falls at N 10 46.839 W
005 33.594.
Climb the rocks to the left side to find the cache location. The
container is Lock n' Lock container hidden above the upper water
falls.
Please rehide so that the container can not be seen by others
passing by.
