Kyogaku-in temple, one of the five Goshiki Fudo, houses one of the five identical statues of Fudo Myo-o.
The cache is not on the temple grounds itself.

Many people know of Mejiro (White eyes) and Meguro (black eyes) in Tokyo, but did you know there are also a Meao, Meaka and Mekiro (blue, red and yellow eyes)?
In Japan’s Edo Period (1603 to 1867) the Tokugawa shogunate put up the Five-Color-Edo Fudos to guard the Edo castle. These were five temples with five identical statues of Fudo Myo-o called the Goshiki Fudo (Five-Colored Fudo Temples) to secure supernatural power for the protection of the Edo castle (Tokyo) from the north. The statues differed only in the color of the eyes. The place names Meguro (black-eyed) and Mejiro (white-eyed) are still used in Tokyo today. The red-eyed was Komagome, the yellow-eyed Komatsugawa, and the green-eyed Setagaya.
The five colors mean the direction in old chinese thoughts, blue is east, white west, red south, black north and yellow center.
