Jeep_Dog: This tricky cache was verified and clues on the trail were made more obvious on July 26. However, I grow weary of the new breed of cacher going for numbers and self righteously demanding that since a cache cannot be found, it must not exist. Archive it shall be; I will clean up this elusive micro and minute clues in the woods over Christmas. Best of luck in your chasing of smilies, the art of caching is no more. So long, and thanks for all the fish.

THE RAVEN

The final point lies to the right at the end of a dimunitive trail of “nevermore.”

On the pallid bust of Pallas just above my chamber door;
And his eyes have all the seeming of a demon's that is dreaming,
And the lamplight o'er him streaming throws his shadow on the floor;

Shall be lifted–nevermore!

For the coordinates take the number 70 and add the number of times nevermore is mentioned in The Raven. Now you have your coordinates.

Ah, you think this seems too easy for a near four?

The Po’ Folks caches provide inexpensive entertainment in the form of unusual, and sometimes macabre, places, events, or history.

The only thing unusual about this cache is the cache itself. Well, perhaps also the woods here have an eerie feel about them, and the cache final seems to be a popular roost of certain birds... This is a log only cache, so bring a pen. Moonstar, who was with me when I placed this cache, mentioned that if you are not an experienced cacher, the enjoyment of this cache cannot be promised. This is a real "wing"-dinger!
