Earth Day falls on April 22 every year, but this year since it is on a Tuesday, Geocaching.com has decided to award everyone who attends a CITO Event on April 26 or April 27 with a special 2014 CITO Souvenir.
This event will be taking place at the Burgh Historical Park in Southfield. I have a Multi there, and the area around the final is in need of some cleanup. So, if you have not done the multi yet, this would be a great time.
Plan on meeting at the gazebo around 3:30 pm. We probably don't need a lot of time there, but there is a good amount of garbage in the trees from my understanding. Of course with the snow finally melting, we will get a better idea soon.
