Geocache Description:

Cache is NOT at the posted coordinates

The small cache(about 1 litre) is located in Bird's Hill Provincial Park but these coordinates are for the middle of the lake. Provincial parks protect unique natural, cultural and historical sites; visitors should be respectful and remain on existing paths/trails. A Park Vehicle Permit is required to access this park. Don't forget your park pass.

This cache may not be in a Cedar Grove but “Dammit Jim, I'm a doctor, not a botanist!”

In order to get the correct coordinates for this cache, you need the code number that is near the back of the logbook/logsheet in each of our 6 most recent caches.

A=On the Waterfront
B=The Old Boot (now archived) or Overlook Splash Cache
C=3
D=Floodway - Dunning (temp. disabled) or Lage-Gab #2
E=JP II
F=Micro Island

The actual coordinates are N 50° 01.F E C , W 96° 53.A (B+D) C

No bushwhacking; No digging; No climbing; No Wading.

Do NOT untie anything, Mosquitoes, may be Poison Ivy, area is dry.

The small container contains the usual trinkets as well as a log book, pencil, pencil sharpener, a FTF certificate and a certificate for a hand-crafted wooden golf cart or a working hand-crafted 100% wood padlock.

This is our 20th cache. We hope you enjoy the hunt.
