CACHE IS AT THE POSTED COORD'S BUT YOU MUST FIRST COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE BEFORE YOU CAN LOG IT.
This is yet another collection cache challenge. To go and claim this cache you must first find and log 50 caches which are located in the big city limits of DETROIT. Once this is done you may then go and log this cache. Oh there are a couple of rules though, they are:
1) ALL caches found to qualify for this challenge HAVE TO BE WITHIN the CITY OF DETROIT borders. For example, if a cache is on the south side of 8 Mile road, this is OK, if it's on the north side, not allowed. Same goes for the east and west borders. My say is final on this one, if you're not sure ask me.
2) NO HAMTRAMCK OR HIGHLAND PARK CACHES ALLOWED!!! Those cities are in the limits of Detroit but the caches are not!
3) ALL caches have to be found ON OR AFTER MARCH 1, 2011. No previous finds before that date allowed. This should put everyone on an even playing field.
4) Acceptable caches are TRADITIONAL, MULTI, UNKNOWN, LETTERBOX, VIRTUAL, EARTHCACHE and CITO (if you're coming to Detroit to clean it up I'll allow this as a find). No EVENT caches
4) You must list your finds anyway you like (bookmark best, list in log, etc.) but your list must include the day you made the find on your qualifying caches.
5) This cache CANNOT qualify as one of the 50 caches found!
6) Anyone not following the above rules, their logs will be deleted.
If you think 50 is a number that cannot be reached just remember that Belle Isle is in the City of Detroit and there are over 40 caches on the isle each year. The last time I counted there was just over 75 caches in the city limits.
