Carmel Hidden Corner CITO Traditional Geocache

Welcome to the Hidden Corner of Carmel CITO cache.  The idea of this cache is to take a trash bag from the cache and gather up some trash from the area.  Sadly, some geo-muggles in the area ignore the sign posted by Hamilton County stating a $2,500 fine for dumping.  We need to act before the beauty of the area is lost.  Collecting trash is highly recommended, but not required.  If you can, also post a picture of your bag of trash.  It might not be a bad idea to bring gloves.  Here is our bag of trash in the trunk of our car :

This cache is near, but not on, private property.  Please respect all signs, and do not cross Martin Marietta's fence or go onto their property.  Please also do not cross the fence marking off the nearby farmer's field.  This area is one of the last parts of Carmel that has not been developed, yet.  You will be treated to a breathtaking view.  The terrain may present a challenge due to the lack of trail.  We do not recommend the wearing of  flip-flops.  Bushwacking is invloved.  This should not be considered a kid friendly cache.  Age 11+ would probably be fine.  The cache is very well camouflaged.  It is stocked with very nice prizes.  The real challenge is finding a way to get in and to the cache, and then getting your bag of trash.  This area should look great when it is all cleaned up by cachers.  Thanks for helping clean up this hidden gem of Carmel!
