On one of my recent shopping excursions, I parked near the posted coordinates. After purchasing a couple of items at Michael's, I returned to my car. Next on my agenda was a long hike to place a new cache in my TC (Terrain Challenge) series. But I didn't have much energy. I wondered if it was due to lack of protein. Not too likely; lately, I have been frequenting Outback Steakhouse so much that I was now greeting people with "Goo day Mate". Iron poor blood? Hardly, with all the Geritol in my medicine cabinet. Then it dawned on me. Spinach. Yes, spinach. I haven't had any since a couple of days ago. Luckily, there was no dearth of eating places in the strip mall. One in particular looked quite promising, but alas, the reality was different. Disappointed, I gave up the idea of placing a TC cache. But, there is a silver lining to every cloud. From my disappointing experience, came the idea to place this non-TC cache.
The cache coordinates are obtained by adding 0.0CA' to the latitude and subtracting 0.0BA' from the longitude. But please see the addendum below.
A= Number of characters in the first word of the eatery's name
B= Number of times the letter Y appears in the name of the eatery
C= B+ Number of times the letter P appears in the name of the eatery.
ADDENDUM: The cache coordinates as determined above are no longer in an accessible location. The cache has been relocated. The coordinates of the new cache location are obtained by adding 0.021' to the latitude and 0.056' to the longitude of the cache coordinates as calculated above.
