Geocache Description:

A nice hike on the Blue Blazed Pomperaug Trail located in Kettletown State Park.

Placed for the Geojamboree II. A .91 mile hike (each way) to the cache. Some elevation gain/loss, but nothing too strenuous. Take the blue blazed Pomperaug Trail, trailhead located just past the entrance to the park on the left. Container is a decon box with a Geocaching.com label on it. It is located just off the trail, and should be a rather easy find. Contains logbook, pencil, and some small trade items. Enjoy the hike and have fun!!
