This is the site of our first cache, which was unfortunately perpetrated after 64 logged visits. I have relocated this cache in another isolated spot inside this beautiful 60 acre Hobbs Woods Nature Area that is located just south of Fond du Lac. Parking should be obvious. Be prepared for a nice little hike along a winding creek with varying elevation, ravines and outlooks. There are a few fun spots for crossing Parson’s Creek trout stream where stone dams or fallen trees have made natural bridges (not required). The multiple paths may be muddy in the Spring and mosquitoes can be thick at certain times of the year. This cache has a logbook and a camera, with various starter items such as matchbox cars, clips, skateboard, rubberband gun, thumbs up pin and an ambulance.
