This is a small, pleasant park in Baltimore City. You'll find a meadow, baseball diamond, play ground and tennis courts. But most importantly, you'll find a memorial to one of Baltimore's finest, Lieutenant Owen E. Sweeney, Jr., lost in the line of duty while trying to maintain the tranquility of this Baltimore neighborhood. Enjoy the park. Enjoy the day. And take a moment to remember those who put themselves in danger's way each and every day, to serve and protect.
