Fairly easy grab on little traveled side street
Cammoed Altoid mini tin, aprox. 1"x1.5" with log inside. BYOP
To get hint, you must decrypt clue, then unscramble letters and arrange into 3 words. Email me the correct result of clue and tell me exactly where cache was found for credit for the find. Please don't post these results. If you can't decipher the clue at first, you will when you see where the cache is.
