LuckyStrike, I never saw your DNF or I would have checked on it sooner.

As this is my most wildly unpopular cache (by far, beating out the high difficulty and the long hikes), I'm not going to replace it.

Welcome to the Ghetto

This cache really is in the ghetto.
Cache is hidden in Cadillac Park, a BREC park that closes at dark.
Drive to the park. If you don't feel safe hunting for it, then don't. Just leave and press the "Ignore" link on the cache page.
Every person we've met at this park the couple of times we've visited has been cordial.

Unfortunately, there is no redeeming value to this cache.
It's not in a scenic location or one that's even very interesting.
The hide technique is not even all that great.
This cache is just to get you another smiley.

I recorded coordinates a different way this time, so let me know how close the reading is.
