Geocache Description:

A Two-stage Multi on the South Nation River

This cache is the fourth in a series of caches along the South Nation River. The South Nation River meanders through Eastern Ontario originating northeast of Brockville and draining into the Ottawa River north west of Plantagenet.

WARNING: The area south of Ottawa has been inundated with Wild Parsnip and there may be quite a lot of Wild Parsnip at this cache site. Do not crash around in this stuff, as the sap will burn your skin when exposed to sunlight. Washing is sufficient protection. I learned this first hand a few years ago. Trust me on this one. Pictures are in the image gallery to aide in identification. For more information go to (visit link)

The posted coordinates are the location of a plaque commemorating the building of Baldwin's Bridge. The year on the plaque is ABCD. The tag with the minutes of the final cache location is on the ACth post from the end of the guardrail. But from what end? Find the letters to form a two-letter direction found in the fourth word of the organization that provided assistance for the project.

Assume N45 and W075 and assume the bridge is on a north-south road.

The cache container is a camouflaged 500ml peanut butter jar. There is not too much room for large trade articles. At time of placement, it contained a few key chains and some other small items.
