September 10 by dbir (1027 found) Whew. Thanks for the shady spot. It was hot today, and by the time I got here, I was spent. So this became my turn-around point instead of Bend, Path & Beyond, as planned. Found the cache well-concealed and hard to spot (and returned it as such). TFTC.
[view this log] | August 17 by pianofab (422 found) I figured since I came "from below", with more stamina left compared to getting here from Reseda Blvd., I would find it right away. But then I looked and looked... Just when it was starting to become a nightmare, at last I saw it (and duly signed the log).

And I finally ended a frustration streak by finding this one after looking for a few minutes ... and I was enjoying the shade more than I was searching!] OGJ, zl pbzcnff fnlf guvf oenapu vf fyvtugyl R bs F, engure guna FJ. [view this log] | June 6 by location_scouts (123 found) Description and hints were spot on. 17th out of 22 on our first day of Spinal Tap chase. Fun container. Coast is coming closer in to view on this picture perfect day. Thanks!
[view this log] | May 26 by GWRoss (1939 found) By my reckoning, I found the cache due south from the tree trunk(s). I finally spotted it as I was beginning to widen my search -- thinking the hint might have been referring to one of the smaller trees nearer to where my GPSr WOULD have zeroed out had I tried to get there. As I peered out through the overhanging branches, there it was! Right in front of my eyes!I know I took new coordinates, but for the second time today, they weren't in my GPSr when I got home! Thanks for the cache!
