Pine Tree & Sand Dunes, but no Sea
This is an easy one really and not too much imagination went into planting this one. It's just that this place is rather cool when you consider where it is (it is cool if you, like us, enjoy a bit of the un-touched).
There are some rules for this one though and I hope that all who go to find the cache respect them. If you are a local you'll see and understand them on the big warning boards as you enter the area (Atenção malta! É para todos curtir, então S.F.F. sigam o que lá está escrito no placard da entrada!)For those of you who do not read Portuguese they basically say; No camping, No driving within the fenced off areas, No fires/BBQs, Do not damage the plant life, Do not disturd the wildlife and Do not leave any rubish/garbage. Please follow these rules, this place is for everyone to enjoy.
4X4, quads, mountain bikes and by foot are really the only into this area. Your normal run of the mill family car might not cut the mustard, you are warned. (Up-date: about 2 km for where you can park if you're in a car! Not soooo Long!)
The cache is a straight forward one. Log, pencil, sharpener and stash note with one or two things to swap as you feel right.
