Geocache Description:

I’m sure there is a story to go with this Plaza. I remember years ago it was going to be Livermore area outlet stores. Well, that never happened, the Plaza was empty for a lot of years. Then small business finally began to emerge. The chains that blocked the parking lot came down and more and more businesses came.
If you know the “real” story behind the shopping center, please add it to your log.
If you just have a really good imagination, would like to share your idea as to what happened, ok write that too.
