Geocache Description:

This cache is part of the Haunted Hollow 6 event and is located just off one of the many trails located in Sleepy Hollow State Park. Most of the trails are well groomed and hard packed makeng a bike a great way to get to the caches in the area. A Michigan Passport is required for entry to the park and may be purchased there. Keep in mind during the hunting season to be aware of hunters in the area. Hunting is allowed from September 15th until April 1st each year.

Beaver Head Lighthouse

This lighthouse is located at the Beaver Head on the southern end of Beaver Island which was built in 1858, decommissioned in 1962. During the summer months from 8 am to 9 pm, you can climb the tower and view the beautiful waters below.
