This cache will give you a short informative about what a wetland is and why they are so critical to remain in place.
There is an interactive feature adjacent to the Wetlands Plaque, Added bonus to the explanation of wetland.
There are many internet sites about the topic of Wetlands. To learn more about the North Carolna wetlands this link is a good one, (visit link)
This cache should only take a few minutes to complete. Also please enjoy the many features of the park that include some nice walking trails
Park Hours:April - October 8:00am to 9:00pm 7 days a week. November - March M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm, Weekends 9:00am to 6:00pm.
