It wasn't until I finished a nearby cache that the answers became clear!

Well, finding the "quarters" (or whats left of them) and the trail name were easy but I couldn't find and mention of Mr. Lewis at the posted coord. Did the signs change or am just a doofus and missed it? I did walk the whole trail and even enjoyed the view from the pavilion on a quiet day. Thanks for bringing me here. I've been meaning to stop and get this one for way too long!

Neat area. The quarters were interesting. Thanks for bringing us here on a wonderful 75 degree fall day. E-mailing the answers.
