Geocache Description:

J.A.S.W. and A.F.T.R., this cache is for you guys! Located in a nice little park in the Sun Belt of Monterey. I hope everyone will enjoy the hide!

Cache container is a tennis ball tube completely cloaked out of sight! It's not buried. You'll have to think - there aren't too many places to look once you get to the coordinates.
