Jedes Jahr am 3. Oktoberwochenende findet das Jamboree on the air kurz JOTA statt. Dabei versuchen Pfadfinder von überall auf der Welt via Amateurfunk zu kommunizieren.
Der Cache liegt auf dem Gelände auf dem vom 18-19. Oktober 2003 das JOTA des GSN stattfand. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt sah es dort so aus wie auf dem Foto zu sehen.

Every year on the third weekend in october is the Jamboree On The Air event. Scouts from all over the world try to communicate via amateur radio.
The cache is on the campground of the JOTA 2003. The cache will persist after the jamboree, but if you find it on october 18th or 19th 2003 you can meet us.
