BELOW, THANK YOU. --Dedicated and unveiled April 27, 2003, it was
quite interesting for me to watch this monument actually come to
life, from dirt to finish. PLEASE, NO ANSWERS IN YOUR PUBLIC POSTS.

1. The eternal flame which was originally meant to burn around
the clock has been snuffed out by rain, filled with water
occasionally, and now it looks more like an urn. In place of this
question, please list the government building directly across the
street from the memorial.

plaque directly in front of the statues?
