Park at the stables and walk past stables, ther will be a trail to the right, climbs to the powerlines. Please take a picture, but leave the camera, thx. print a map off of the ksf website, will be a little help, I think one road on the map is gone.

This was our second find of the day. Followed what we thought was the trail but soon realized that we were on the wrong side of the mountain, so we shimmied around and back up the other side. Good grief what a hike! Got to the top and enjoyed the view for a couple of minutes and then headed back down the mountain. TNLN Thanks for the workout!

OK, Megawatt and myself made the punishing climb to this cache today. Terrain is pretty tough, steep, rocky, briars, slick and just down right mean. Overlook is pretty, nice cache was challenging and weather was great. Right now I need a hot shower and a couple ice bags. This was our second find today in Kanawha State Forrest. This monster was a real challenge and I am glad to have this one behind me. TFTC TNLN

Beautiful afternoon! We tried out our new hiking/walking sticks and loved them. Got pretty winded on the way up, but a great hike. Got off of the mountain just at dark because of the new time change, and got to see a full moon. TFTC.

We used our new walking sticks for this hike. They really do come in handy. Much better than going it alone. Again, I would not have found it without the Pirate by my side.... Took a bracelt and left a helicopter whirlly thing..... I like my new braclet! I think that someone had just left it earlier in the day. Thanks for the cache!

We found this one after dragging our grandson Super Malik up the hill. It was a steep hike but the weather was great today and we had a great time. T - cache token, L - geocaching bracelet. TFTC
