This place is a parking lot at times. It isn't designed to be a parking lot.
According to the National Climatic Data Center, the average annual snowfall in this area is approximately 34 inches. The average annual snowfall in Northern PA (where I grew up) is approximately 88 inches. I always enjoy going to this spot when there is snow in the area. It becomes the busiest place in town.
