Geocache Description:

District of Columbia Area Rapid? Transit moving cache is a magnetic card for finding and rehiding in and around the District of Columbia. The coords at the top of the page are just the center of its range. Be sure to read the latest logs to see its current location/status.

I'm an alien to the area (26 Fe), but would very much like to have a geocaching adventure around here. So I've decided to leave something fun for all the area geocachers.

DoC.A.R?T. (Doc-art) was formerly known as eu.H40.R?T. (uyee-haw-40-art) where the Eastern Utah portion of Highway 40 had cachers finding and rehiding it. But eventually it became lost and so I've decided to let it die and reincarnate it in your area.

...

DoC.A.R?T. cache has no container. No log. No pencil. Its just a magnetic card about 2 x 5 inches. You'll most likely know it when you see it. (Hint: Look at the picture above. Ha ha.

Find it and then rehide it on another iron-based object in a public area. Do not log this as a find unless you are prepared to relocate it, or your log will be deleted. For best results, go ahead and rehide it on your way home to the computer. You can claim the find and post the new coordinates, rating, and encrypted hint all in the same log if you like.

I may want to pursue this cache myself, although now that I am the owner, I cannot log it as a find. I promise that I will keep providing pictures of this cache, and its hiding spots. I encourage you to also post images that promote the spirit of geocaching - Each finder will have to e-mail the answers that are printed on the cache, in order to log a find. You can log the find before receiving my confirmation, but if I do not accept your answer, your log will be deleted. Donbert

You may find this cache more than once. BUT to make it more sporting, you can't find it until after TWO OTHER people have found and rehid it.

AND, the cache must stay within a 30 mile radius of the Washington Monument (listed coordinates). Cachers from outside the vicinity are VERY WELCOME to participate. But please just don't take it away.

HINTS & DIFFICULTY - When you log the new hiding spot, be sure to give a little hint, and state the new difficulty and terrain ratings. You can encrypt your hint in your log. The latest hint is encrypted below.
