Geocache Description:


I've worked a week of camp at CCC since 1983. Back then I called it a 'dusty ol' hillside.' No longer. It's a great place where folks enjoy retreats, family gatherings, wedding receptions, camps, and some RV'ing. So watch out for muggles!

The cache is a small to medium 'lock-tight' knockoff. No camo - clear so you can see everything inside! The towering pine trees had my GPS bouncing all over - with a +/- of 30 feet! Stay on the east side of the road - literally.

Good parking at the entrance to the camp. The camp manager thinks this is a great idea. So don't worry - he's friendly to this GPS game.

There are other caches further up the road - maybe this will be a good appetizer for the more difficult finds.
