Geocache Description:

This cache has been placed in honor of WRR/Bill Ruppell's 3000th find! WAY TO GO BILL! This cache is a small sample vial and can be found at Mill Pond.

This location is very scenic overlooking Mill Pond. Bring your camera. I'm surprised no one else has placed a cache in this very scenic area!

Finding the cache shouldn't be too difficult.
