I have always been a fan of Simon and Garfunkle so when I placed this cache on one of my frequent bike rides thru Boiling Springs the name for this cache came to me...
You are looking for a micro cache container. This can easily be a C&D for some but may require a bit of searching for others.
The area of the hide is close to houses and there are frequent muggles in the area. In the summertime, the swimming pool is nearby. The rest of the year (including these cold December days) there are fishermen around. Someone is always feeding the ducks. Due to the stealth required I bumped up the difficulty rating a little.
BYOP. Container is too small to contain a pen.
