No difficulty in terrain to get to cache.

An awesome view of the Austin skyline! Long ago I found a favorite spot from which to see Austin's skyline. An iron gate was erected and my favorite spot in the city was gone! Just my luck to find another route to see this view from - and right down the road from the former location! I have placed this cache so others can enjoy this great view of Austin's skyline. To add to the excitement of this cache - a writer from the Austin American Statesman while hiding this cache was interviewing me. Hopefully the article will spark some interest in those of you looking for high tech adventure and challenge! Article ran on May 26, 2001.

This cache requires two sets of coordinates. The coordinates above are the actual cache location. The second coordinates are: N30 16.147 W097 46.786 I've given the second coordinates as a place to park when beginning to find this cache - there is no parking at the trailhead - I would not want you to get your car towed. At this point you should enter the coordinates above to locate cache. The cache is a rectangular ziploc container with a blue lid. The cache is stocked with various goodies! Enjoy!
