This cache is sort of a tribute cache to a fellow cacher who has shown me great character. Little did he know he is one of my mentors to the game of Geocaching. So some time ago I decided I need to put out a cache in his name.
Just all the right pieces and variables had to come together. Then one day it did. So here's one to you Webfoot...
This cache is located in a nice little area above Claremont, CA. - Webb Canyon. I have seen a couple caches come and go in this canyon since I started Geocaching. So when the area opened up I jumped on it. Hope you like the cache Webfoot, I created it strictly out of assumptions & it sorta inspired my 'Captain Morpheus Frogger' mini caching series.
I was very careful to keep this cache away from the poison oak that thrives along the sides of this road. But it has a nasty habit of sprouting up in the oddest places.
Also be weary of slithering snakes too.
Terrain 2 is due to the loose dirt on the way to & near GZ, be safe.
