Welcome to the Fort Fisher Cache! This cache is located near Fort Fisher, the last Confederate Water Fort to fall in the Civil War. The South surrendered not long after its fall. The battle to take this fort was the largest land-sea battle in the history of the world up until that time. Unlike the heroes who fought and died on these grounds, your time here should be relatively pleasant...as long as you keep on the alert for the many prickly pear, sandspurs, and muggles that are common to the area. Be sure to record your hunt in the logbook. Also, check out the museum up the road. Lots of neat stuff to see.
