The Great Ice Cream Challenge by Kailster.

Near here is Muddy and Amused's favrote ice cream parlor. Their frozen treats are made fresh on site with flavors changing seasonally.

Now for the cache: You can drive up to within 2 feet of it. We tried to leave it as easy as possible while still keeping it out of muggle sight. Please place back as found and BYOP (Bring Your Own Pen).
