In Chinese culture, years are identified with various characters: the year of the snake, the year of the dragon, etc. In geocaching, 2013 should be nicknamed the Year of the Fishcake (fishcake49, that is!). Fishcake started a years worth of daily geocaches back on December 30th, 2012, and so December 30th, 2013 will complete this challenge for him. I barely made the August challenge--I can't imagine trying to find a geocache every single day for a year. So congratulations to fishcake and here's hoping that the new year will give him a little respite from the daily grind. There is a NJ Scratch-off Holiday Lottery ticket for the FTF.
