Its that time of year again, its the annual Illawarra/South Coast Get-together. This event is now in its 4th year and if the success of past years is any indication this years event will be bigger and better. If you're a season cacher or a new cacher, come along and join us for a picnic in the park. Don't be shy, many good friendships have been forged as a result of these fun days, nobody cares about how many caches you have or haven't done. Its all about getting to know one-another and sharing a caching tale or swapping a traveller. There'll be plenty of cachers on hand to offer advice on different devices, hides or techniques.
The day is BYO everything so don't forget your lunch & GPS. We'll see you at the posted co-ords from approx 10:30am onwards. We are moving to a new location this year. It still offers all the same facilities (large undercover area, kids playground and BBQ facilities). Make sure you remember to bring a chair or rug to sit on. The park is very close to the beach so you might want to pack the swimmers.

How to get there: Dawes Park is situated in Barrack Point. The easiest way to get to GZ is to turn off Shellharbour Rd into Barrack Ave, follow this to the end. Turn left onto Junction Rd, the park will be on your left.
