SQ-Trade Up or Trade Even Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

cheech gang: Unfortunately the owners of the warehouse have been unable to rise from bankruptcy. All contents will be bulldozed into the Maumee River. Thank you for your support.

Actually there has been some unnecessary damage to the rock fence and the container is again AWOL. I do not recall a recent earthquake.

Maybe this concept can return someplace else nearby. Oh wait, no more additional logging requirements. Never mind.

Geocache Description:

The SQ in the cache name above signifies Spirit Quest, a project by the Northwest Ohio Geocachers to distinguish those caches that are set in cemeteries or memorial gardens. This cache is part of that series created by nwogeo members to highlight cemeteries in the area. Please be respectful of the area, and observe the posted hours which are sunrise to sunset.

How many times have you seen in a log: TNLNSL, TFTC? What ever happened to the trading part of the game?

Even worse, is when someone refuses to trade fairly. You've seen: “Took the Leatherman tool and compass, left a plastic dinosaur and used golf ball.”

Well, we’ve gone out of the way to stock this cache with some outstanding swag and expect people to make reasonable trades. Instead of "trade up or even or not at all", this one is a please trade cache.

Here is the inital stock of items in the cache:

* Antique Louis Comfort Tiffany Favrile Glass and Bronze Trumpet Vine Lamp 1899, I'm just afraid I might drop it
* 2007 Yellow Hummer H2 with 307 miles, will not fit in my garage and does not have enough cup holders for my taste
* Garmin 60CSX GPS receiver, with complete software suite. Also two AAA batteries included.
* Sub-Zero side-by-side freezer/refigerator.(all frozen foodstuffs removed, available on request)
* Atari 2600 game console, PITFALL cartridge included
* Nintendo Wii featuring WarioWare: Smooth Moves, Madden NFL 07 (for those not sophisticated enough for Atari 2600
* Panasonic TH-65PF9UK professional 65" plasma widescreen Digital HDTV with true 1080p resolution
* English made snooker table, model: "Sovereign" 12ft x 6ft (Steelbacked Cushions) (brought back on airplane from England trip last year, I don't have room for this!)
*8 foot diameter natural western red cedar hot tub, model 840 from Callaway Woodworks, gas fired (this was REALLY hard to part with, the homeowner's association won't allow it)

If you really want to thank us for the cache, write an entertaining log! Trades should be somewhat even (trade fair), so perhaps you can leave multiple items in trade for one of greater value?

With all the stuff in the cache, there was no room for a pen, so bring your own.

To reiterate: this is simply all in fun and is not a requirement for logging.

If you can't figure out how to log this take a peek at GCNBGV or GCPKCN.

Note: We stole this idea from AZcachmeister and have plagiarized it with his permission. He tells me he stole it from somebody else but can't remember where. Thanks
