In the winter, can be reached by skis or snowboards. In the summer, good footwear will suffice.
This is not far off of the top of the Pacific Crest chairlift. Head into the trees on the left from there.
From the parking lot to the cache will be a 676 ft. elevation gain.
Summer hiking instructions: Follow the Pacific Crest Trail (or just head up-hill from the ski lodges) until you intersect the maintenance road that will lead you to the top of the chair lift. Once at the chair you should be about 400 ft north of the cache. Keep following the road around to the left until you are about 200 feet away. Now you should see a brushy area heading downhill. We found a faint game trail that lead all the to the cache through the brush.
