This will be an on the water CITO event along the Myakka River. The event will start at 8:00 am and end at 12:00 pm. We will meet at the posted coords for instructions and then head out on the water for the clean up. So load up your kayaks or your canoes and come on out for the day to help clean up the river!! Kayaks and/or canoes will not be provided - you must provide your own.
Buckets and gloves will be provided but please bring water, snacks, lunch for afterwards, bug spray and sunscreen.
There is a nearby Earth Cache - so those of you who want to get your EarthCache Day souvenior this is an opportunity for you!
