Located in the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish
Refuge, this cache is in a small and unusual plastic container. It
should be easy to find but the last few feet greatly increased the
terrain difficulty.
Years ago, my wife and I were exploring this really cool gravel
road that winds along the Mississippi River for a few miles and
offers some beautiful views that inspire a sense of adventure. The
biggest adventure (for us) was when we reached the halfway point of
this narrow cliffside road in our big, old motorhome and suddenly
Anne looked ahead with big round eyes and said "Now what are we
gonna do?!", to which I replied...

Was in the area for my last page on the delorme challenge - saw the writeup on this one, so I took the time to head north a bit and see what it was all about.. nice location, some traffic about, but not bad either... took a few pics and then continued north to complete a beautiful drive...
TFTC - enjoyed the area immensely...

Love these out of the way spots! Very enjoyable ride and side trip on my way to Nelson Dewey SP. Took a picture of the car under the overhang. TFTC!

My wife and I had two granddaughters with us camo=ping in Wisconsin.
Went looking for DUCK and found it after a bit.
Nice area and good Cache.
