The Freezeout Overnighter

Tired of being cooped up in the house and need to get out and get some fresh air and find some caches?

Come to the Freezeout Overnighter and get your fix!

This is an OUTDOOR WINTER Event! It will coincide with the 2nd Annual Montana Freezeout(GC2H3KX) hosted by beeverboy on February 19th, and will be held at the campground at Freezeout Lake, just north of Fairfield Montana on the eastern edge of the impressive Rocky Mountain Front!

The Event will start at Midnight(Saturday night/Sunday morning) February 20th and last thoughout the day. The Log book will be available at midnight for signing.
This is an overnight camping event, so those of you brave enough to rough it out overnight please bring tents, campers, warms blankets and winter clothes. Camping sites are available and restrooms too!

This is a POT LUCK Event. We will provide eggs & bacon for breakfast and hot dogs & hamburgers for lunch, as well as firewood, marshmallows, coffee and hot chololate. Please list what other sides dishes, snacks and other beverages you will be bringing with you along with your favorite campfire stories!

There will be a poker run and door prizes!

The Freezout Lake Wildlife Management Area (WMA) has through the years become one of the most spectacular waterfowl hunting and viewing areas in Montana, if not the entire northern Great Plains.

**Again this is an OUTDOOR WINTER event. The Conditions could be warm and sunny to Cold and Snowing so please check the weather and prepare accordingly!**
