MÖLLEVÅNGEN
I detta område växte
arbetarrörelsen fram under slutet av 1800-talet, då
Malmö växte med industrierna. Den stora statyn på
torget heter "Arbetets ära". Konstnären Axel Ebbe ville
genom skulpturen uttrycka hur gemensamt arbete håller
samhället uppe. Idag är Möllevångstorget ett
kosmopolitiskt torg och en välbesökt attraktion i
Södra Innerstaden. Torget är en mångkulturell
mötesplats med hög puls och med butiker som har varor
från hela världen, och många internationella
restauranger och barer.

In the late 1800’s, the working-class movement grew in this
area, as the start of the industrialization of Malmö began.
The big statue is called ‘The honour of labour’. The
artist Axel Ebbe wanted to express that the society is kept
together by common work. Möllevångstorget is today a
cosmopolitical market place in the South Inner City which attracts
many visitors. The square is a busy multi-cultural venue where you
can purchase products from all over the world, and with many
international restaurants and bars.

TFTCÄntligen kunde vi logga denna, har haft koordinaterna ett tag men de gånger vi åkt förbi med GPS`n så har det varit allt för många mugglare på plats
Nu tog vi en kvällsrunda o passade på i skydd av mörkret
