The above coordinates are not correct!
They are the coordinates Seattle Center's McCaw Hall.
The Symphony moved from this site and a new concert hall opened here in June 2003 for the Seattle Opera and the Pacific Northwest Ballet - a $127 million performance center named McCaw Hall! It was built with both public and private money. Private funds came up with its promised $72 million in contributions, and the city added $38 million. The state and county together contributed about $5.5 million.
That left an $11.5 million funding gap. City officials had expected a bigger contribution from the state and county. Finance charges brought the total shortfall to $13 million. King County has already paid $2.7 million over the years, even though they never committed to provide any money for the hall.
Should Washington State and King County contribute more? Or should the Opera (Opera tickets currently cost between $42 - $109 each) and Ballet increase ticket prices?

- There is one waypoint on the way to the final cache. It is a micro-micro with the coordinates and hint to the location of the final cache. There is also parking at this waypoint.
