A mini-micro in a nice mixed spruce and hardwoods stand, near the Kinni Headwaters. Please do not post photo spoilers of the cache. You can take the two-track in from the parking area (N44 56.964 W092 30.597) or hike along the edge of the road before entering the woods.
Skirt along the edge of the ravine leading down to the river, but you don't need to descend.
Dog and people access is limited here from April 15-July 31 to allow the pheasants and other wildlife to raise their families. Please access the area through the spruces on the South side of the property and stay off the prairie during that time period.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the land manager at the Baldwin DNR office of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
