Phobias - Black Box #5 Traditional Geocache

Still here? Ok, here's the deal: If it is raining heavily, or has been in the last 24 hours, DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS CACHE. As for the difficulty, for some this will be a difficulty 5. For others it will be a 1. I'll err on the low side to give credit to the adventurous spirit of geocachers. Please be sure to replace the cache where you found it (on the velcro). As of 7/24/05 I've replaced the cache and added a few simple trade items along with a Rite-In-Rain log.
